1. Any use of the words "Guest", "Booker", "You" or equivalent refers to the person who booked the holiday.
2. Any use of the word "Guests" or equivalent refers to the person who booked the holiday and all persons accompanying the person who booked the holiday.
3. Any use of the words "Owner", "Us", "Our", "Me" or equivalent refers me Barry Greenwood and family.

Guest Responsibility

1. Bed Linen, towels and tea towels
   1. Should be provided by the Guests themselves.
   2. Should any quilts, pillows or covers be soiled, guests should wash and dry them prior to leaving.
2. Guests are responsible for cleaning and tidying the inside of the caravan.
3. At the start of the holiday, guest should arrive after 4.30pm (unless otherwise agreed by myself). At the end of the holiday guests should vacate the caravan by 10am and then return the keys to reception.

Booking Terms

1. £30.00 (30 GBP) Non Returnable deposit for each week payable to "Barry Greenwood" within two weeks of booking. If this deposit is not received within the allowed two weeks, the weeks you booked will be made available to other customers.
2. The full balance for each week is to be paid in full by three weeks prior to the holiday.
3. A maximum of two consecutive weeks may be booked at any one time however multiple bookings are allowed and welcomed.

Haven Facilities and Further Conditions

1. On receipt of your deposit your booking will become secured and we will send you some further information with regards to Haven Registration. This registration will allow you to use Haven's on site facilities such as the entertainment venues. You should return this to us with the appropriate required fee. We will then sign it and forward it to Haven on your behalf. The haven registration must be received at least three weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
2. We are unable to let the caravan to parties of young persons under 21 or groups of the same sex. (Note: These are not the conditions of the owner but of Haven. No exceptions can be made for under 21's. Exceptions may be possible for groups of the same sex but you must contact us prior to booking.)
3. Smoking is not allowed in the caravan and doing so is against the law. There may also be other non smoking areas within the holiday park. You should enquire this with the holiday park themselves or contact us and we will find out on your behalf.
4. No pets are allowed in the caravan, however exceptions will be made for registered guide dogs.
5. Guests are responsible for and are required to pay for, any damage caused by themselves. In the unlikely event of damage we will attempt to recover costs for this damage.
6. Haven and ourselves reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking where it is felt that the comfort of other guests are put at risk.
