Local Attractions and Links

There are many websites dedicated to the local attractions in Cornwall. It therefore would be a case of reinventing the wheel for us to do the same here. Instead we thought we would provide some very useful links and finish it by giving you some of our favourite places to go in Cornwall with links whenever we find them.

Useful Links

Cornwall Tourist Board	This website contains masses of information for the area. It is funded by the council and so is very professional, easy to navigate, accurate and useful. It has an advance search facility so you can find the exact type of attractions you want. (The area to search under would be the Newquay area, however most of the other areas are easily accessible by car and bus within an hour or 2 round trip) It contains practical information such as Weather forecasts, Tide Times and traffic information It explains numerous ways of getting to and from the area such as bus, train , car, aeroplane and ferry information Sometimes there are competitions and special offers If you are really interested in Cornwall you might want to sign up to there newsletter.
The AA The RAC	The AA and RAC websites provide directions and travel advice
Cornwall Calling	Simple website I think was made by a local resident. Contains a lot of detailed and interesting information.
Cornwall Coast	Mile by Mile information about the Cornish coastline with pictures.
Flambards Theme Park	Established over 30 years ago as the Cornwall Aircraft Park the Flambards Experience is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Cornwall. Not only does the Theme Park host the best thrill rides in Cornwall, but also the Flambards Victorian Village and Britain in the Blitz indoor tourist attractions.
Miniatura Park	Miniature Park, uk provides unique venue for golf courses, crazy golf locations, gardens, park place entertainment, recreation golf course and other fun activities for children.
